OVERVIEW
The Seventh Annual Southern California Management of an Accounting Practice (MAP) Compensation and Benefits Survey is now available for your participation. The survey has been developed to assist CPA firms with their compensation and benefits packages; the survey is a valuable tool for attracting, rewarding and retaining your employees.
All information will be kept confidential and respondents will not be identified in the survey results. We ask participants to provide a name and address at the beginning of the survey to ensure that we provide all respondents with a copy of the written results once they are compiled. To ensure that we don’t receive duplicate forms from the same firm, please designate one person in your firm to complete the online form.
The survey requires a user id and password so that participants can save their responses and return later to complete the survey.
In order to allow enough time to process the results, we are asking firms to complete the survey before tax season. The deadline for this year’s survey is March 31st.
