Open almost any new newspaper and you will see yet another employer sued or the subject of a large jury verdict. Add to that the myriad of personnel issues that employers face on a daily basis. How does an employer navigate through these stormy waters? We would like to help. This is the first quarterly newsletter of R&L's Employment Practice Group to clients and friends of the Firm. Our goal is to update employers on legal developments and give them practical information that can help managers reduce the risks of employment law noncompliance and employment practices liability.
