New Attorney Specializing in Real Estate and Business Litigation
We are pleased to announce that James ("Jim") Gilbert has joined Reish Luftman Reicher & Cohen. Jim will be working with our real estate and business litigation practice groups. He has substantial experience representing clients in litigation regarding partnerships, lending issues, general business disputes, construction, the sale of real property and boundary issues. He also represents clients in connection with the negotiation and documentation of commercial leases, construction contracts and commercial loans.
Earlier in his career, Jim worked at the international law firms of Fulbright & Jaworski and Akin Gump Strauss Hauer & Feld. He is an active member of several bar associations, is a member of the California Bar and is on the Executive Committee of the Real Estate Affiliate Group.
