In addition to its name change, the 25-year-old, Los Angeles-based business law firm, restructured its practice groups, including a newly constituted financial services-focused group, to better serve clients' needs and provide senior-level leadership in all areas.

Reish & Reicher now has eight practice groups, each chaired by one or more attorneys with at least 25 years of experience. These include: Business and Tax; Business and Real Estate Litigation; Employment Litigation and Consulting; ERISA and Benefits; Estate Planning and Probate; Fiduciary and Benefits Litigation; Real Estate; and Financial Services.

The new Financial Services Group consolidates Reish & Reicher’s work in the industry, delivering comprehensive solutions to broker-dealers, registered investment advisers, insurance companies, retirement plan providers, hedge funds and private equity funds relating to a variety of matters, including regulatory compliance, enforcement proceedings as well as arbitration and litigation proceedings.
