Steven Spronz is a Senior Counsel in the law firm of Reish Luftman Reicher & Cohen and represents international and domestic clients in real estate and corporate transactional matters.

Professional Experience
Steven represents a broad spectrum of international and domestic real estate and corporate clients, including lenders and public and private equity funds. The types of transactions in which Steven has been involved include the following:
- Represented lenders and borrowers in financing transactions in connection with the acquisition of real property including office buildings, hotels and industrial properties.
- Represented private equity funds in the purchase and sale of office buildings, hotels, and industrial properties.
- Represented foreign companies in connection with the establishment of United States subsidiaries and the purchase by the subsidiaries of manufacturing equipment, the purchase of real property in the United States, and the remediation of environmental contamination on the properties.
- Represented a management group in the establishment of a limited liability company for the purpose of engaging in a cross-border manufacturing business in Mexico under the Mequiladora Program, and in the negotiation for third party financing for the venture.
- Represented foreign advertisers and public relations firms in connection with the acquisition of intellectual property rights from rights holders in the United States for the production of television programs and commercials overseas.
Steven has served as a private mediator in the resolution of real estate and commercial disputes and is a member of the National Mediation Panel of the National Association of Securities Dealers. Since 2004, Steven has taught an annual Commercial Law Practicum in South Africa in a jointly sponsored program of the Black Lawyers Association of South Africa, the American Bar Association, and the International Senior Lawyers Project.
Steven has practiced law in New York as well as California, and he is admitted to the Bars of California, New York, and Florida.
Education
Steven received his J.D. from Hofstra University School of Law, New York in 1978 after graduating magna cum laude from New York University in 1975.
