Areas of Practice Business Tax, Estate Planning & Probate Professional Experience Robin focuses her practice in corporate, partnership and individual taxation, transactional business matters and international taxation. She is admitted to practice in California and before the United States District Court, Central District of California and the United States Tax Court. From May 1991 to September 1994, Robin was Senior Counsel in the Legal Department of National Medical Enterprises, Inc. (now known as Tenent Healthcare, Inc.). From October 1994 through October 1999, Robin was Director of Taxes for the West Coast for Allied Signal, Inc. (now known as Honeywell International, Inc.). Publications and Presentations Robin is the co-author of "Taxation of Partnerships," a chapter in Advising California Partnerships, published by the California Continuing Education of the Bar. Education Robin received her J.D. from New York University in 1980. She graduated magna cum laude and Phi Beta Kappa with a Bachelor of Arts Degree from New York University in 1977.
