His litigation practice encompasses a broad range of business and commercial matters, with special emphasis in trademark, trade secret, employment, and ERISA litigation. Prior to joining the firm, Amir was an associate with Quinn, Emanuel, Urquhart, Oliver & Hedges, where he assisted with trademark litigation, copyright litigation, patent litigation, insurance litigation, and other general business litigation matters. Amir is admitted to practice before all the state courts of California, as well as, the U.S. District Court for the Central District of California. Education Amir earned his J.D. from the University of Michigan Law School in 2003, where he graduated cum laude and served as Associate Editor for the Michigan Telecommunications and Technology Law Review. Amir received his B.S. degree in Management Science, with honors, from the University of California at San Diego in 2000.
